The April 1, 2020 Special Called meeting presented the "Resolution" that for all practical 
RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH THE POLICY OF ATHENS-CLARKE COUNTY REGARDING PROTECTING BALLOT SECRECY AND VOTER PRIVACY IN THE USE OF GEORGIA'S NEW BALLOT MARKING DEVICES IN THE PRCINCTS OF ATHENS-CLARKE COUNTY
Civil Rights Attorney, Bryan Sells is pushed through in a 3 to 2 vote of the A-CC Board of Elections at a 16 minute Special Called meeting.  Clarke County Republican Party Representative, Ann Till, declares a point of order to ask questions regarding the vote, but is told that her point of order is not "relevant."
